With his win in Stockholm on Thursday, Christian Cantwell became the first athlete to score 5 Diamond League wins (he was matched the next day by Croatian high jumper Blanka Vlasic). The mammoth American putter is also riding a notable winning streak.

He’s undefeated in 18 meets this year--a season with includes a gold at the World Indoor Championships--and overall has a 20-meet streak going. He last lost to Olympic champion Tomas Majewski in Dubnica, Slovakia, last September.

During the streak, which is topped by a year-leading 73-6¼ (22.41) to win the Prefontaine Classic, he has failed to top the 70-foot barrier (21.34) only twice. 10 of the competitions have been over 71 (21.64) and 5 over 72 (21.95).
